I was active duty when I messed it back in 2010 or so. I did PT on it for over 6 months. Had steroid injections and electro stimulation done on it as well.

Yes, he said it was super painful. I was up at my folks house for a few days after his surgery. He was instructed to start range of motion exercises pretty much immediately. He rented a machine that manipulates your arm for you and an ice machine thingy that jets cold water through this cuff that went over his shoulder.

I remember watching him do exercises and he was crying it hurt so bad. Then, within a few weeks, he was able to do routine tasks around the house without his sling. It obviously took some time to get full range of motion and full strength back. But he could pick up a jug of milk from the fridge in almost no time, relative to before surgery.

I probably won’t use my long bow but if it stays this humid I might be considering a loin cloth.

Are you gonna get a carbon infused scent killing material loin cloth for hunting?

America is at that awkward stage. It's too late to work within the system, but too early to shoot the bastards.
