    First duck of the season

Went out Sunday morning with Guage west of Lake Ellsworth on a farm pond and I shot these 4. Guage got 4 also. Wasn't a bad shoot for the first time out.

Great job. I'm not a fowler, but may need to start. What kind of ducks are those.

Congrats on the birds! We've been pecking away at some limits on several hunts, but haven't shot a limit on hunt yet. Mixed bags of birds and very few mallards around yet. Geese and cranes by the thousands.
