    Truck coon sleeping

I think it was possibly this coon that has been climbing all over my pickup to eat the bugs off the grill. Itís left some serious scratches on the hood and grill of the truck. He wasnít very far from the truck when it got all tired and stuff, deciding to take a nap in the dirt.
Iíll give it a stern talking to when it wakes up.

I'm telling you, the coons are thick around SE Oklahoma right now. I've removed over a dozen from this property this year alone, and I still see several every time I go out at night.

I set out three feeders every winter. I've had up to 13 coons in one pic. I think they get more of the corn than the deer do.
It's legal to trap and shoot coons year around now so I'm waging war on them with DP's and live traps.

Glad those traps are getting used.

I’d say send them to me for bear bait but I’m not sure if the bears would eat them.
