10 acres for sale in Kiamichi Wilderness near Antlers, OK

Beautiful 10 acres in Phase 1 of the Kiamichi Wilderness in SE Oklahoma. Our secluded land has several elevation changes with amazing views, large boulders, out-croppings and a nice cleared area ready for your RV or cabin. Kimbrough Creek runs across the back corner and it is a beautiful hike down. Easy road access to the property!
The property already has electricity, septic and a water well. The well pump is housed in a small storage building. The land has been surveyed and marked.

It is an amazing property with lots of character! You can hunt, fish, relax and play on almost 10,000 acres if you purchase property in the Wilderness. Deer, turkey, bear and hogs are in the area. Awesome trails and old logging roads to ride your ATV. If you know anyone looking please share this info. $40,000
    Thanks, Kim

It's OK, just blame it on the cold weather.

I know that the chances are low, but maybe, just maybe, you didn't sell it, OP? It looks interesting. Maybe I will buy it. Not so long ago I've sold my house in the UK and I want to invest my money in something. BTW, selling a house was a hell of a problem, but I did it. One of my friends told me to sell it with the help of this thepropertybuyingcompany.co.uk company and it was a good idea. They sold a house despite the fact that there was Covid everywhere and there wasn't too much of the clients around.
