    They need a little less than 60,000 votes as of this morning they have less than 20,000 and need to be turned in by noon constitutional Carry should start November 1st and you can open carry or conceal carry without a SDA permit anywhere within the state except those places that are restricted

    We already have concealed carry and open carry as long as your in possession of a concealed permit.
    What was coming in November is Constitutional carry where you can open carry with out needing a CC permit.

    This way, it looks like the anti's are doing something to protect us poor ignorant citizens. They had plenty of time to start this before now, so they can only blame themselves if they don't get the required number of signatures.
