I've done some checking and I guess I am smokin crack. I can't find it anywhere on line that ammo was protected. But it is definitely on the anti's radar to go after it next.

America is at that awkward stage. It's too late to work within the system, but too early to shoot the bastards.

If you have a 30-06 or a .308 go check out your local Walmart. I’ve been to 3 stores here and all 3 had the Remington Core Lokt 150g PSPs on sale for $12 a box. Wished they had the 7mm Mag as well as I’m all but out of it. Normally the 30-06 and .308 is $18-20 a box. I’ve picked up 20 boxes of each in the last month. Will have plenty of plinking ammo and brass to eventually reload with.

I don’t have either so never paid attention. I have found several 50rnd boxes of 9mm for under $10 and got that as well. Also been stocking up on .22. Local store had Blazer for $1.99. I picked up 10 boxes of that as well.

Your kidding me? I just paid waaay to much for 9 ammo then. I would buy them out of .22 if i could find it that cheap! No matter what guns are in the safe i always fall back to the 22 to make me smile. My cousin had a birthday party today we set up the rifle range and everyone brought guns and ammo we had tables full of rifles but the 10 22 and 22 single action revolver got more attention than anything else. 12 inch gong 100yds and a.22 revolver we had too much fun with it. Think i hit it 3 times maybe, wont say how many shots it took.

Atwoods had .22 rimfire on sale last week for .03 cents per round. Aquila 40 grain High Speed. I know a lot of folks that stocked up.

With Walmart’s new ammo sales policy they will be having a lot of ammo going on sale. Keep tabs and empty the shelf if you can. I went through my ammo safe and am still way under stocked. 7mm Mag I’m in critical shortage mode on.
