It's been a weird rain, if you're in the right spot you get over an inch. Just a 1/2 mile and you could miss out totally.
America is at that awkward stage. It's too late to work within the system, but too early to shoot the bastards.

Any day this time of year that we're not triple digit heat, is a blessing!

Been storming all night and according to the news Will Rodgers airport has gotten about 2.75” and lots more rain still to come. Lots of local flooding as well. Good news for the food plots provided the seeds not washed away.

The Channel 7 news sure can predict when it is going to be 100° but can't predict the rain here worth dud.

Looks like I slept through a doozy of a storm and flood last night. Couple of mini twisters in the metro as well. Didn’t have any issues at the house but I guess spots just west of me 2-3 miles away had 3’ of standing water. Airport reported about 5” or so. Been a hell of a week for sure.
