Well 2,953.1 miles later (plus the 150 the wife drove me) I’m all moved in. Still have more things than room for. We down sized for sure. I do finally have a gun room of sorts where a man can be a man with big boy toys. I see mule, whitetail and antelope everyday. The MD & WT wander up and down the street and through the yard. The antelope you have to look at the fields as you drive around town. Went and got me a 1 day non res fishing license and my boys and I are taking a trip to the North Platte River tomorrow for some trout after church. The weathers certainly colder up this high. Had snow flurries yesterday morning briefly. Next weekend we are gonna go check out some mountain trails and see if we can see any bear.

Glad you got the final move in. I hate moving.

I will never move myself again. The cost of paying someone to do it for me it well worth the investment. This a rental and I have no desire to try and buy it. We will move again.

Is there a log cabin in your future???
America is at that awkward stage. It's too late to work within the system, but too early to shoot the bastards.

That would be fantastic BUT they are high maintenance for sure. I’d be happy with a split log siding even. Not a lot of log style homes around here even. It’s either modern or 1950s. But the manufactured and single wide are very common as well I’ve seen (not my cut of coffee).

If my wife had her say we would be homeless.
She wants to rig up and RV full time.

Heck, just added up how much I spend on mowing the dang lawn (4 riding mowers, gas & maintenance and time) and I could have '70 442... almost.
