The yellow jackets infested both lake trucks at work. Nests in gas tank door area and nests inside tailgate. Lowered tailgate and went for a drive with a swarm chasing me.

Hate wasps of any kind. We get the red ones and yellow jackets. Get stung by both every summer.
I bet we go through a case of wasp spray.

I hate them lil bastards as well. They always find the worst place to build new nests.

Did y’all know mud daubers kill spiders? Well actually they paralyze them and take em back to the mud hut for their young. Now I love mud daubers.

Used to get nailed by red wasps all the time as a kid, but (knock on wood) haven't been hit in a long time. My wife is a magnet to anything that stings and most times it's some weird hybrid redjacketafricanbeewasphornet that'll leave a heck of a scar.

America is at that awkward stage. It's too late to work within the system, but too early to shoot the bastards.

When I was little I knocked a bunch of mud dauber pods out of the rafters and was confused when I saw the spiders in them. For the longest time I thought the spiders built those little mud nests.

Seems like they always try to sting me around the head. Especially on the ears or back of my neck.

Yeah. You can’t get in any blind without looking. They love to make nests in permanent blinds. If it’s rattlesnake country you better be looking for them too.
