The northern lights are pretty amazing and of course the fishing. Probably my favorite trip was a caribou trip in August hunting off the Denali highway.
So, he's no longer living in Ketchikan? That was the last place I'd heard of.

Even if it ended tomorrow I still have to wait until May 1st to get the keys to our new place. Wife and I signed contracts today. 1 year lease with option to buy and we want to buy but still have our house in OKC that’s for sale. Need that gone once and for all.

Itís not a good market right now to sell a house.
Iíd think itís a buyers market now.

Its a buyers market for sure. We tried to rent and that backfired on us with a renter. Have had probably a dozen offers, even some cash offers, but all low ball offers well below appraised value. When I say lowball I mean $50-75k below appraised/ asking. Closest offer was still $20 below. This lockdown also have realtors not working and or showing homes.

I have a nephew that just bought a 5 year old 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, 2 car garage house with 5 acres. Closest neighbor is about 1/4 mile from him. It is between Claremore and Owasso. He looked at this house back in December and the realtor wouldnít come off the asking price at all. He ended up buying it this past week from the owners, private treaty for $40,000 less.

Well, if the quarantine ends tomorrow, I would have a lot of things to do. But first I would get shit-faced with my homies at my favorite pub, of course. I miss the fun and booze. I can't get any now, because every friggin bar in my city was shut down. It's good for me that I have enough money at least. I started to play poker right after quarantine started. One of my friends sent me an article from this professionalrakeback.com site. It was convincing enough. I started to play poker and discovered that I'm good at it. Now this is my main source of cash.

Dennis he moved up by Fairbanks for a couple of years. Thatís when we did the caribou hunt. Heís now been a few miles out of Homer for 3 or 4 years. Got himself a really nice boat and the best fishing in all of Alaska as far as Iím concerned.

I went to Dunham's sporting yesterday and took a lil stroll to the firearm section. I was shocked at how bare the ammo and scope/sight shelves were. I don't know if they had a big run on stimulus money buying or what, but it was kind of strange after getting use to full ammo isles again.
America is at that awkward stage. It's too late to work within the system, but too early to shoot the bastards.
