Almost nobody in Oklahoma submits burn plans to Forestry like their supposed to, or does the neighbor preburn notifications, etc. So unless it's an incident that Forestry takes over, or a controlled burn that's been submitted, there won't be any record of it unless you contact an individual fire dept/district and see if they'll give that information and most won't unless it's to the landowner, LE, attorney, arson or fire inspector.

Kind of like the neighborly courtesy thing and working together is a thing of the past.

America is at that awkward stage. It's too late to work within the system, but too early to shoot the bastards.
