They call us essential workers because sacrificial sounds too dark!!!
I see where they are changing this to if they get their job offered back and they refuse. They will then loose the unemployment.

Those who have continued working sure got screwed on this deal. Got a friend who was laid off and was able to buy a new 4wheeler after a month of unemployment. I have kept coming in like everyone else i work with and we cant even get a free lunch out of it. Whats that song by Paycheck hahaha this world is goin crazy

Na think i would have taken the 2 mth paid vacation plus bonus money and just fished and took care of things around the house. No it sounds good on paper but i could see it leading to trouble. Folks need to work and contribute

I've got several clients that are riding the gravy train and I've told them that it's going to come to an end and if they aren't starting to try to find work now, they're already way behind. I'm sure when the subsidies end, they'll be contacting me saying that they need any job or I'm gonna loose my house. History does repeat itself.
America is at that awkward stage. It's too late to work within the system, but too early to shoot the bastards.

Quit using that 4 letter word “work”.

Working hard at hardly working seems to be the case for many.
