America is at that awkward stage. It's too late to work within the system, but too early to shoot the bastards.

At this point, I can still proudly say I've never stepped foot in NJ, NY and California lol. Really would like to see the redwoods though, may have to see the ones in Oregon, although there's not much difference between Oregon and California lol.

Unfortunately I’ve had to spend lots of time in each you mentioned. 4 months in NJ and 6 months in southern commiefornika.
Northern Ca Is fairly conservative in a large part of their population with the other half still living through reruns of Cheech and Chong “up in smoke”.
The hippies of the 60’s left Haite Ashbury in San Fran and moved north.

I have a couple of lot of land near Florence Or that is just off of Hwy 101 that I'm getting ready to sell. Looks like a nice place, but don't think I could live there.

That should make a nice addition to the retirement nest egg. Land prices are through the roof in Ca.

I spoke on the phone with an 80 year old fella in cali that owns thousands of acres here his dad bought the land in the 20s for oil intrests. He said he has never even been to ok and doesnt know what or where all he owns just knows the taxes come due every year. Kind of thought that was crazy

My mom has been paying the $37.94 a year taxes forever. Thinking I should sell the trees to a logging company before I sell it just to hack the neighbors off. Just kidding!!
