Both properties are west of Wakita in Grant County.
First property is 160 acres, 1 mile west of hwy132. Mostly tall grass and plumb thickets. A thick tree row runs the full length of the property. Last years hunter did take a nice deer and had several other nice deer on camera. This property also has a decent amount of quail also and some dove hunting as well. Price is $3000

Second property is also 160 acres and lies about a mile and a half nw of the other on the on the Alfalfa/ Grant county line, Alfalfa side. Also sits on the south side of Latimer Road which is black top making it easy to get to no matter the weather. This property is hilly and rough with tall grass, trees and plum thickets. It has two new tower stands by Banks and matching banks feeders. Also an established food plot that could be worked and used. The guy who managed this farm previously showed me a lot of photos from this properties trail cams of deer that would score in the 160s to 180s. This property also has good quail numbers, some doves. It has a pond in a dammed ravine that loads us with green heads in the winter months. Lease price for this property is $4000.
