Yeah I know it wishful thinking but one of you guy must have some of this brass laying around somewhere....
I have posted this want to buy on several boards around the internet with my email address in it. Been doing that for years and it also why I use a hotmail address.
I have only got one response from this WTB. It showed up in my Junk file. Don't know what board it came from. Suspect the Africa Hunting forum as it showed up with in an hour my posting there. Guy says hi Mate I have some 450/400 to sell.
I suspected a scam, but took a chance anyway. Asked him how many he had, how much and where was he located. Responded he had 4 pieces at $25 each and "I am in US mate".
Told him I just bought 37 for $3 each and would pass on his. Scammer for sure. Hotmail junk collector works good. But, I do have to check it daily and occasionally find a legit email in there.
I still need more brass, up to 20.

Hope you find some. This may sound crazy but the old gun shop in OKC I used to work for, the owner had a secret stash of hard to find and high value stuff. Like a rabbit out of a hat type gems. The shop is Gun World and Mike Mathew’s was the owner still when I moved. May be worth calling them and seeing. I knew when I worked for him he had a stock of the big bore rifle carriages. I do recall seeing NE on some boxes. It has been 11 years ago now since I worked for him. He is a shister and marked his stuff up quite a bit. He was a business man and money talks to him so…..

Any of you guys prowling the gunshows? Think about me. Still looking, more for bullets than brass. .410 diameter. Swift, Barnes, Woodleigh, Hawk, who ever. Brass a few pieces or more. Even, gulp, a partial box of ammo.
Will pay:
$1.50 -$1.75 a bullet for Barnes TSX 400gr.
$ 1.95-$2.50 a bullet for Swift.
$3.50 a case for brass fired- $4.00 unfired.

Although I managed to find some ammo, if you guys notice any of this stuff in your travels think of me. Don't "need" it, but extra would be useful.
