Another good reason for a Concealed Carry License

I pulled into work Saturday morning, and saw two vehicles stopped between the highway and the security gate. Pulled up behind them and the driver on the left finally backed up and we went on into the gate. After we got inside, a co-worker said that as he passed the casino, a minivan pulled up behind him and started flashing lights, and waving at him to pull over. After about 1 1/2 miles he pulled in and stopped, The guy in the van(at 6:45am) had a beer bottle in his hand and accused the co-worker of messing with his ex wife the night before. and saw him pull out of her house in his black suburban. The friend had a blue Z-71 and the guy took one last drink out of his beer and turned it around in his hand, when we pulled up behind.(our co-worker had just been married a month before) God knows what else he had in the front seat.
Crazy stuff, but you'd better be prepared.... you never know...

You'd think working for the military that we could carry a gun to work, but nooooooo!!
Wish,I could carry a stun gun for some of our customers.
They are not always right !!!
I need one of them for some of our pilots!
O' and for dogs too..while out meter reading.
I've been dog bit to many times..The next 1 that bites me....I'm gonna field dress it & leave it on their front door step.
Yep, now that would make me mad.
Some people should never have pets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not on your team Gauge, but to me ole Buddy, if that happens, you ought to get some points...I would love to see it...some mean dog that thinks he is Gods gift to the word fear get field dressed...I had one a few months ago to get in my very sick buddys horse lot...looked like a full blood pit...had one eye sewed shut...he stood his ground no more than 5 feet from me just staring...a little bitty 20 gauge took all the stare out of him.....estimated distance...3 feet...
I've got no use for a mean dog
Xactly my point.

A few years back ,I was taken to the ground by 4 dogs.
It was scary to say the least,I had only a 12" flat pointed screw driver on me.
I use the screw driver to read water meters with.
Well,I was kicking & waving the screw driver back in forth.
It was not doing me a bit of good.
I got bit on the leg & on my back minus a T-shirt.
I did stick the 1 dog in the eye with the screwdriver ;D.

The only thing that saved me was the next door neighbor.
She hit the 2 dogs in the head with a hoe & told me to get up & get you A S S over the chain link fence.
I did just that.Then, I filed a police report & sue'ed them for $2000.00 a bite. ;D ;D

Now, I carry pepper spray & 2 hunting knifes.
To bad they won't let ya carry a 12 ga and a .45!
I wish.
That pepper spray will work. When I lived in town, a pit bull chased me from my truck to the house, so I called the cops. When he showed up the dog charged him, and he hit it with the spray. It was real effective. ;)
Gauge ~ Will they let you carry one of those collapsible batons like the cops carry?

I don't think any non law enforcement can legally carry one of those..In Oklahoma if you get caught with one you can be charged with carrying a deadly weapon and I think that's a minor felony..That is unless you are cleet certified and so on...:) Kinda sucks but eh...Just carry a big ass hammer and smack up side the head..:)
Farmboy~ okchunter is right.
I cant carry one with out taken a course first.

The Pepper Spray works well. ;)
I've used it a few times & used it this week on a few Indian dogs cross bread pit bull & something else.
It had both of them on the ground rolling around & snorting.
Not to change the subject, but... isn't it kind of goofy that to be Cleet certified and to carry pepper spray, you have to get sprayed???? Now to be cert'd on carrying a gun you don't have to be shot..... ???
Same thing with a taser. You have to be tasered before you can certify with it ??? ???
I'm real good at watching videos and picking things up, like for instance, getting hit with a tazer hurts like heck!
