Round 1 only produced a few ducks and one canada goose, although some first timers for me. I shot my first shoveler. Now with this cold weather, I have been seeing plenty of waterfowl on the ponds on the way to and from work almost everyday.

I'm going to try to get down to Hackberry Flat for COLGS.

Or maybe the Salt Plains.

okherb~ ya got your 1st Hollywood Mallard. :D Congrates.
Hollywoods get a free pass..They tend to spend way to much time on poopy ponds.
They care worms more then any other quacker.

All the best to ya on the second half of the quacker & goose season.

Info for ya...
Hackberry Flats...We tend not to get many, if at all but a few snow geese around here
in S.W. OK.

Mainly honkers & specks
