I got my recipe from the Outdoor Oklahoma Magazine many years ago.
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup teraki sauce
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce.
Marinate for about an hour, put on the trays, and sprinkle what seasonings you like on the pieces.
I go for cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper.
The recipe is already salty with the Soy sauce, so I tend to stay away from pre mixed seasonings like cajun seasonings etc, as they contain mostly salt.
I have some jerky seasonings which I've use in the past, but I have 2 sausage seasoning packs that I want to try. I just need to get some ground pork to mix with it. I don't want to use pork sausage because I don't want to mask the seasonings, and I would like to get it from a wild hog. Just don't have access to any! Any offers to put me on some?
