I have a SIG P6 that I got pretty cheap. Its a West German Police trade in. The slide was pretty rough, so I decided to do a little project on it. I always wanted to try some of the bake on laquer from Brownells. I think it turned out pretty good considering it was my first attempt.
I believe I paid around 12-13 bucks for the baking laquer. I also bought a can of Black Aluma-hyde for around 10 bucks for the grips. I figure if it wears off, Its easy to apply for a touch up.
