I‘ve always thought CVA guns were low quality, but I learned on a muzzleloader forum that’s not completely true. I picked up this second hand Optima last year on the recommendation of an internet friend, and I’m glad I did.
I’m going to try again this year to kill something with it and rechecked zero today.
3 shot at 50 yards off a bench with 50 grains BH209, 260 grain cast lead bullet in a Harvester black crush rib sabot and CCI209M primer.
The optic is a Trijicon 1 MOA RMR.

Is it a .45 or .50 cal?

I have a CVA Accura V2 that I can get to repeatedly group under 4" at 170 yards with 290gr Hornady Bore Drivers and 100gr of Triple Seven.

It might not be a laser compared to others, but it is certainly enough to get the job done (and my spot only has a 170 yard max shot).

Edited to add: Haven't been able to shoot anything with it though in this current load. Haven't shot anything with my muzzle loader in years actually.
