I know where you pervs are going with this one, but I'm trying to keep it clean ::)

When you field dress a deer do you wear gloves, or do it bare-handed?
I always did it bare handed, but when the CWD thing came around(don't hear about it any more do you)
I started wearing gloves. I use the edmund scientific chemical gloves that pretty much go up to the elbow.
What do you guys do?

I shot a deer in my underwear once. Does that count?

I wear gloves when I remember them. More for the faster cleanup than anything else.

rfreeman, What was a deer doing in your underwear to start with?

Heres what happened. A few years ago while deer hunting I woke up one morning in my tent and looked out the screen to see how the weather was and there standing not to far from me in my camp was a real nice deer. I picked up my rifle and shot him from my tent. I was still in my sleeping bag and only wearing my scivvies when I pulled the trigger. Talk about a good morning.

Wish I'd remember gloves and wish I could find gloves that I'd like to use while field dressing. But I've always gone commando.
