OMG, I missed the freaking deadline for the draw hunts this year. Thought deadline went into June. Apparently Ive had my HUA. Cant believe it. Never done that before. What really hacks me off is that knowone in our group knew it either til I told em lastnight.

I was close to missing it.
My buddy that I have been puttin in with it since the 70's, is ate up with the casino's, and another buddy for many years that has never put in for anything that I'm trying to get started in the hunts, didn't act too interested. I finally got all their info and put it in myself.

What a hassle.
Next year, screw them if they don't want to get involved.

I'm gonna give them a dead line of a week after the opening, and then they can go to hell. I even have to pay their entry fees, as I'm the only one with a credit card, and they somewhow forget to pay me the 5$.

It will be in advance next time. the money doesn't bother me........its the fact they live in 200K homes and don't have 5$.

Its really sad when people that have resources just never seem to have $5 in their pocket.
Another friends wife is a tailor, and makes wedding dresses, and the other high end stuff, says the people that live on the middle to lower income parts of town always pay. The high end folks, always have to struggle to get her paid.
I don't understand. ???

Dennis, its because they think they are special and because they have money they should be able to do what they want and people should cater to them. Just like in my line of work. The rich folks always "know" someone and think they should get better service.

My mother always told me rich poeple are rich for a reason....they are cheap! Some poeple pretend to be rich by spending all thier money and the banks to make it look like they are rich. Me....I am so broke I can even pretend to pretend to be rich...but who want to do that anyways.

If a man's welth is based on his ability to provide his family food (harvest and grow), shelter, and protection...not SUV's and swimming pools....I am rich B&$ch!!!!!!!!

Wow, I guess I need some sleep. Dennis, I know a web sight with a bunch of good old boys' who love to hunt and do it the hard way!! Even if they had to sell lemonade to come up with 5 bucks, and have to much pride to let thier buddy register them to hunt.

HAHAHA! I'm betting I know the kind of extra service they get from you ;D ;D
I have a buddy that is an Okla Game warden. He tells me that whenever he puts a stop on somebody in the field, and they pull the old, "hey I'm good friends with your boss" routine, they get a ticket for sure instead of a warning.

Pretty much the same luck I had Dennis..I put in for 4 of us last year and collected from one of them...It's certainly not the money but every one of those guys had the money to pay me..To me that's just rude...anyway.....Now ask me how many names were on my application this year? One......
