Did you have a Toyota tag? If you did then I'm thinking he's legal...as long as you didn't spot light him...

Well......she was in my headlights for about 1/2 second before the bumper made contact

Doesn't matter Buddy....a light for a half second is still spot lighting...I'm thinking no points...besides that...with the 35 tags I'm sure you won't need um...I know I'm sure ready to shoot something...anything legal....

Fortunatly for me, it was a fawn, and she slipped and fell just at the point of impact, so not as much damage occured that could have happened.
