Where did you have it made? I had some Jalapeno and Cheese summer sausage made at the Tonkawa Meat packing. Its to die for :eek:
I'm pretty much a pepper head, so next year, I'll ask for lots more Jalapeno.

Local butcher here in Oswego, Ks, goes by the name of Oswego Locker. He does a great job on the sausage and other processing.
