Ok what is linguisaSoak in buttermilk and smoke on a grill. Used to have an old Portuguese butcher has back in Cali that could make boot liner taste like a million bucks. Used to have him make linguisa out of the boars.
Never done the milk soak we always like the venison the way it isI'd soak it 12-24 hours. Have you never soaked any wild game in buttermilk before? Linguisa is like a kilbosa sausage. However that's a Portuguese name for it. You can find recipes online.
