Looks like the same guy that was on tv news a year or so ago for doing the same thing. Of course his story was of woe and astronomical events causing all the problems. Guess he didn't learn his lesson.

Sounds to me that this guy should be looking at federal charges. Interstate commmerce through the internet, people from Texas and other states filed complaints. Sounds like it to me.
