The Rita Blanca National Grasslands are kind of scattered with some private lands mixed in there that one wants to avoid as they are hotspots for those looking for trespassers.
Get some good glass and I would load up an app called Hunt Stand. It shows what is private property and what is public. If you look at it with an internet search it will give a price and then the $$ keep going down for an annual fee the longer your on there. Pretty handy.
Boise City is the biggest town in that county. If they have a news paper, or on craigs list, marketplace, advertize you will trade a rick of split oak for a hunt. Don't give up the wood until you kill something. A rick of wood out there goes for some pretty good money. $200 or more.
That's my strategy if I ever get drawn.
