What is the ice storm doing in everyones area? At the moment it is about 2:25 here in Tulsa and we are just getting a little bit of sleet. Nothing real bad yet just super cold outside is all.

Frick'n cold 22-27 degrees for a high & 15 m.p.h. winds.
Ice on roads & bridges...As slick as Slick 50 everywhere.
All local schools were out @ 12 noon.
Been in 4 wheel drive all day since 7:30 this morning.
Went off the road twice @ 25 m.p.h.
It's the worst ice on the road,I've drove on ever.

Well here comes the ice. The roads are slicker thank slick50 up this ways and my butt almost has kissed the sidewalk a few times so far. The closed the University of Tulsa early which is where Cat works at. We are in for the night and thinking about trying to cook duck. I may make some chili instead just to try and keep my butt warm. Everyone get ready for a cold one and hope all are safe and warm. Keep us updated here.

Its 24 degrees in PC, with about 1/8" of Ice on the roads. I haven't seen anybody in the ditches, or accidents on my way home. Slicker than snot though. It was funny watching my dogs when let out of the pen try to run across the driveway. ;D
Picked up bottled water, generator fuel, and got the fireplace stoked up

i went to the post office at 9 am it was slick then and getting worse every hour

we are not getting out till wed ( cooking deer chili all day )
You got it buddy. ;D Deer chili is cooking on the stove as we speak ;D
I did try something different with it though. I had a package of the spicy Italian bratwurst in the fridge, so I cut it out of the casings, and mixed it with the deer burger.

19 degrees in Tulsa with sleet and freezing rain coming down now at 9:40 am. I looks like we got a little over a half in from what I can see on the tree limbs.

20 here in Med.Park.
3:00 a.m. this morning it hit like a freight train...rain, ice, sleet & snow.
The sand truck got stuck on top of hill next to my house this morning.
He had to back down & slid to the left to get turned around to back out into town.

Y'all be x-tra safe today if ya got to be out in this chit.

Gauge that had to of sucked a little. I was wondering how you were getting around with all of the hills around your house. I don't think I would be taking to road beside the lake at this time if I were you.

In Tulsa is colder than a well diggers boots. Still sleeting and it looks like it will be none stop until tomorrow sometime. All of my appointments that where scheduled for today have been moved to tomorrow. So hopefully it will get better. We got stuck for just a second or two in the parking lot of the corner drug store buying some cigs this morning.

Everyone bundle up and stay safe and warm.
