If u spend time in the woods look at this

I wanted to make an individual post for this stuff so hopefully everyone can see it.

If you don’t have this stuff and spend time in the outdoors, don’t walk, but RUN to the damn store and get some!!

I spend many hours and travel many miles on foot and have had ZERO bug bite issues since using it. You spray, let it dry and live your life without itching and picking lol.

Great stuff. I've been using it for years on my hunting clothing. Can't use it on the skin, just on clothing and it lasts several wash cycles.

I sprayed insecticide in chicken houses for 20+ years, and I hated accidentally getting it on myself then and don’t purposely get it anywhere close to myself now. I’ve got to the point that even the smoke off a thermacell makes me nauseous.

Oh wow, that’s interesting. Yes, I can definitely see where some folks would rather not use it because it is a chemical that’s not the best for your system if absorbed. I also take extra precautions when spraying it on my clothes, and allow it to dry over night before revisiting those clothes. I also usually only spray my outer layer if I’m wearing multiple layers (even in the summer I often wear a sweat absorbing shirt under a light long sleeve.)

You can also get Permethrin at Tractor Supply in a concentrated bottle then just have to dilute it. I use the Sawyer's bottle but refill with the concentrate. Much cheaper and works just as well. I did get one tick on my last week but we were deep in the woods setting ladder stands and cutting shooting lanes. Almost stepped on a pygmy rattler too!

Good to know! Man sounds like a fun weekend short of the rattler! Not much like getting your hunting area prepared for the up coming season and visualizing ol swamp donkey rolling through at about 20 yards broad side right as the sun comes up…

The secret is you have to drink about half a bottle before it kicks in. It tastes like shit, but it works.

Jokes aside, I treat my early season hunting pants and boots a few weeks out. Works wonders and lasts a long time. You just don't want that crap getting on you.

I’ve seen guys on here talk about it and how great it works. Really need to get some just never can remember.

Get on Amazon if you can right now and order you some. Be at your house in a few days.

If you go to Walmart which I don’t anymore, they sell permethrin in the camping section. It’s in an aerosol can. I bought three about 5 years ago on my last trip in there. Still have two. It goes a long way.

Persevering in the garden section is the same stuff and way cheaper than most.

Thank you. I have them from time to time. I mean, not according to my wife, but that’s why I got friends like you to tell me other wise! 😂

This is 13.3% permethrin. Sawyer's is .5% permethrin so you have to dilute this WAY down. But, 1 qt concentrated will last many years I would assume.
