The NRA is giving FREE 1-yr memberships to everyone
that wants to join. Please join and pass it around,
they are trying to build up their membership to fight
pending legislation that impacts our right to bear arms.

Mike if this will not work for you. Give me a call and I will buy you a one year membership. Please check on this before you call though. Funds are kinda tight here but I think it is worth it.

I am curious what all is required with this free membership?? I only ask because atm being unemployed I just don't have extra cash for anything.
Free.
I signed up my wife, sons, grandkids and a couple of co workers. You don't get some of the paid membership benefits like the magazine, and so on, but you are on the roll when congress looks at how many people are going to vote against them in the next election if they decide to be anti-gun. I'm sure you will get some mail asking for a full membership, and donations legislative action, and its entirely your option to contribute or not, or to get a paid membership.
Personally I have been a member for around 25 years, and when the letters come in for more money, I decide if I want to contribute. Most of them just go to the trash, as I can only contribute so much, and thats it. If you don't have the money to contribute because of personal situations, I would still be proud to have my name on a list that the NRA can use to steer legislation in the gun owners direction.

Well I signed myself and the wife up..:) Sounds good to me just wanted to make sure there wasn't a catch so I researched it. I also passed this on to all my friends who are active with firearms in both hobby and hunting. I plan on being a paid member once I have a job.
