I didn't get the ones I want, but I didn't have the time. Photography is one of my interests as well. I'll just have to take more time and get some better ones. I want to catch them grabbing a fish from the water. ;)

Nice pics indeed...I swear I need to move the wife and kids out your way it's much nicer scenery then here in the city..:)
You where going for the diving kill shot, weren't ya,A little hobby of mine also,I have one some where,I'll have to move it over to photobucket so I can show it to you,It was during the Porpoise run off the Coast of N.C.,I've got a bunch,Not that close I don't think I took a lot of them from the 20th story of my hotel room on the beach,I've got some good Porpoise shots also. One looks like a big Shark running down a wave,If I have the time I'll put them up today,Kind of busy,I'll see if I can make it back to the computer.
Greg
If I had a scanner to load some pics to the computer, I'd have a lot more. If this wireless thing works at the house, so I can get a computer at home, I'll get one. We were on vacation in Puerto Vallarta two years ago, on sea kyaks in Bandaras Bay and had several bottle nose dolphins come up within feet of us. I got several good shots of them. ;D
Oh I'll have to start moving some pics besides hunting over to show you,I have some 3500+++ pics,so it's a little more than just a hobby,My father after the war was a professional photographer for 18 years, doing stills of family's,kids, dogs, what ever people where willing to pay him for,I know he was make 60-70 grand a year in the 70's doing it,that was huge $$$ in them days,so the pay was right, then he got bored, sold it as a turn key business, started up a Solar system business when PG&E was giving away 50% rebates to install swimming pool systems,I was about 14 years old and worked for his contractor as a helper,I made $10 bucks an hour,He was making over $50 so pops must have been making a killing them days. A good family trait,we can fall in poop and come out smelling like roses, people use to tell us that all the time, before he died at a young age I had the privilege to work with him in a business, buying shabby houses, fixing them up and making about $25 Grand a month doing it,I am about ready to start picking up Real estate again as I did in the early 90's and rolling it in the next two to three years,It's looking like another Cash-Cow with all those repo's out there for the picking,I can get some where my friend lives in a gated community that they started that people have all ready lost cause they couldn't afford there stupid variable payments, these where $300,000-$500,000 thousand dollar houses that our all ready going down from $195,000 to $150,000 per unit on the repose, all you need to do is land-scape them sit about a year or two,and roll about another Quick Mil or better ;D See Ca. ain't so bad,the a boat load of $$$ to be made here,I was done, but I'm having a hard time passing on more $$$ for retirement. I mean I'm done now,but who could say NO to where things are now,it's time again ;)
I love America ;D

Not the one you where trying to get but a couple I know you'll like Dennis,

This one was an old trappers place from the early 1900 or maybe the late 1800,I'm not sure because we've manged to keep it hidden so long, that we wont even dig on it,even though we know where there trash area is,and there is a lot of $$$ berried there in old bottles and other things,we just like the fact it's still looking like it's used, and we aim to keep it that way,we had some young kid stumble across it,and started throwing rocks, and out came some side arms, haven't seen them kid around,we let them know if the came back, they would more than see the guns ;D

This one is about as sweet as it gets and is for all those little Mothers out there that think the have it tough

Here's some cool pics over Lake Tahoe on the 4th of July

My first sunrise from the East Coast,in N.C. I'd see in in Kauai but not on the main land till about 4 years ago,I love watching the sun go down out here on the west Coast, but there nothing like you first sun-up in N.C.

Well I'll be back, got to get some Eats...enjoy,Greg

Dennis, this is Emerald Bay at lake Tahoe.

The Govenater in Tahoe the 4th of July having some Ice-cream at a famous place for Ice cream,I didn't get it,it was OK,I've made better myself,But then I'm a Chef and should be able to from scratch.

This is lake Tahoe from about 15,000 feet.

I'll move some more pics over to the photobucket so I can show you numerous diving kill shots and many porpoises chasing Anchovies up and down the East coast, and here one more if I can find it of my secret Abalone whole on the West Coast, last year in one week I pulled out a 9&1/2X7&1/2 incher, and a 9&1/4X7&1/4 incher all in the same place two months after the opener,The largest that has ever came from this cove was 10' and the record is just over 12 inches

Thats the big one,Here my spot,

See ya,Greg

OK Dennis,It was a lot of work, but I promised you some Money pic's,I had to go threw 4600 pic,a few more than I thought I had,Check out this Surfer, guy's nuts in my mind, dun I knew what was going on in the water below him,Business, and a visit to a friend in NC,put me on the coast for 4 days of R&R and it just happened to be the run of the year, with all the Sardines, anchovies, and other feeder fish being chased down the coast by Porpoises and Dolphins, the Bird's feeding behind then was a bonus. So here we go.....

Well it looks like I may have missed a few,but did any one see a Squirrel go this way???
Enjoy,Greg

That surfer has to be an idiot to be out there when you see a feeding frenzy going on. At least with the dolphins being there, the sharks probably stayed away. ::) Good shots ;D

Would they be flowers like this Hardy Hibiscus in my garden right after a rain shower?

OK Dennis,Now you got me going on Flowers,I'll have to find the surfer's from the day before,It's the same day as that last pic,the one that looks like a shark, and I doubt with the size of the run of Bait fish that the sharks stayed away, just from the dolphins, and Porpoises,First time I even seen a porpoise,I was having Breakfast one morning, and I told the waitress..Man those are the biggest Dolphins I've ever seen...Ahhhh your not from the east coast ar'ya,NO why, them'there are porpoises, not Dolphins,Heck I'd never seen one,I've been in the Caribbean and all over that side of the world, but not that far north I guess.
I'd never seen one of those and I've spent a lot of time in the Ocean all over the world, seen a lot of different Whales, but never a Porpoise???Nothing like learning something new everyday, like one of my Teachers when becoming a Executive Chef said,If your not learning something new everyday,Load'er up and put one threw your head,'cause your done living,No body Knows everything,I sure don't.

Here's a couple for ya Dennis....This flower Blooms once a year and reminds me of the little old lady Laura, who lived next to me for 10 years before she passed on,I saved her life 5 times...So the first thing I did when she dies,Cause she had no family and the state was taking all her stuff that was worth anything that she hadn't all ready given me,like about $100,000 Dollar stamp collection that used to be her husbands that I still have, just don't feel right selling it,it's in a more than safe place,She lived till 87.

Heres me Kissing a Sting-Ray,that right the same kind that killed that Aussie Bloat, and this is in the wild off the Grand Cayman Islands. The Tale is for every one You kiss it's seven Years Good Luck.....I kissed 6,Heck it couldn't Hurt,I haven't so much as had a cold sense?????? In over 7 years ;D

I'm not sure but I think it gave me a little Tongue???? :p

God pics! I have seen that reef in the caymens on tv before. Those rays in the video were almost tame. Did you feed them too?
Ahhh,Yep,if you don't get your hand away fast enough, they suck your finger right off,I did some diving around the area just off the Reef, and there was little Black-Tip sharks every where,Thought I'd with hold that tid-bit from the little lady ;D They also tell you when feeding them,Do Not Tough your self any where. Well there is a good reason for that,They smell the Squid on you and suck onto you giving you what they call the Sting Ray Hickey's,No Joke...More than one person came out of the water with them.
Hell-O Funny. You Keep them pics coming Dennis, and I'll keep digging up more,Good luck on the Bearded Hen Yard Bird of your.Smack'er
Greg
Greg
