I'm working today, so when I had to go out to the dam to calibrate the lake level instrument, I grabbed my camera and took a few shots.

Nice, I should have taken some pics of the mallards on my north pond. I pulled up in the feed truck, shot 2 turtles with my 223, and 2 of the ducks were still there. I had 2 canadian and 1 snow goose out there this morning. ;D Now if I only hunted waterfowl.

Dennis, Man that lake is covered up in Bluebills.
Them coots have web feet like freddie crouger.

Gauge ~ I wouldnt know what to do with it if I shot it. ??? I'm only about 1.5 mi from the city lake so I get birds on my ponds all the time, and the wheat field too.

Sooner Lake had so many duck on it this year. All Dec and Jan there were mallards, and readhead so thick it was amazing. Now they are gone, and replaced with these. ;D

Dennis, Did { Sooner Lake } get covered up in Canvasback as well ?
