I’ll bet he sprayed. I’ve never shot one that didn’t.
I shot him with a 22 in hopes that he wouldn’t, and it was all good until I went to move him

Good day in the stand. Shot the yote at 180 yards after he and his pack wandered by. Doe come up to within 15 yards. My dad wanted sone meat so I took her and had him drop by and get her so I could keep going for a buck.

12 days after being diagnosed with COVID I was finally able to get myself and the dogs out for some air. Ellie Mae found a nice public land covey in the wind. I shot one one on the rise to say thank you.
One bird from one covey with one shell and it felt great!

Buddy and I went coyote hunting today. Last time we went, he got first shot so this trip it was my turn.
10 minutes into the first sit, a coyote pranced out into the wheat field at 100 yds. Got zero’d on him and let it keep advancing to 75 yds until pulling the trigger on the AR in .223.

We made 4 more sits and came up with nothing.
Really need colder weather and a little snow wouldn’t hurt.
