Last night at Greers Ferry lake before moving the RV to the navigation channel east of Broken Arrow. Only 2 of the 8 days without rain but we have friends here so we stayed entertained.
Did take a guided trout fishing trip on the Little Red River that is the tailwaters of Greers Ferry.
Incredible day, boating around 50 or so trout between two of us. All catch and release.
We didn’t keep a count of how many each caught and only took one pic of a trout. We were busy! Lol.

Yes, 100% fly fishing. I had a new 4WT that was a blast to use.
Hot pink mop fly was the ticket in the morning, with a caddis and an emerger as a dropper in the afternoon.

My kids have been asking to go now that all the lake and river ice is melted.

Probably be better once the water warms up a bit.
Water in the 30’s to low 40’s keep trout lethargic.
