Remember me telling yall about my bolt that flew off into never never land last fall? Well we cut hay a couple of days ago and bailed it up. Me and dad were hauling it out of the field this morning when dad happened across it. It was about 200 yards beyond the target. I knew I heard it hit it. Apparently it grazed the top and launched it. Other than needing a new tip and battery for the lumenok, its in good shape. Have no idea how the swather and tractors missed it.

Talk about a stroke of luck! The sun hasn't been too kind to the fletching.

Well bad news. The wire inside the nock fell out when I took the old battery out. Gonna need a new nock. Prob just use it for varmints and not ruin a good bolt.

I always keep a junk arrow in the quiver for varmints. If none are around, I'll shoot it at a leaf or something to make sure the crossbow is still sighted in.

Good for them! Lots of money to be made in the crossbow market now.
