The OK2A is a political lobby group that has been in the front of open carry, constitutional carry and other gun legislation in Oklahoma and Oklahoma only.

As an example of what they look at is this video of the Senate District three Senator that holds office around Grand Lake and South.

As you can see, although he is a Republican by name, he is not friendly for the 2A and Gun Rights for Oklahoman's with facts available to be searched for verification in congressional records.
I'm going to put a sticky on this page to keep it at the top as the Spokesperson for OK2A posts video's all the time about things we need to think about and vote on.

We as responsible gun owners need to keep informed about what is happening in politics that could harm our sport and constitutional rights.

I was a member of OK2A for awhile before the move. They do good work. I’d attended a couple events as well. Very similar to the VCDL in VA and WYGO here in WY.

They put on local meetings around the state. As more become interested and start new local chapters the movement will grow.

Here is a video from Don Spenser of OK2A about wearing masks during this pandemic. There are memes being thrown around on the internet about not being legal to conceal carry when wearing a mask. Don clears this up.

That’s good for OK. However that does vary from state to state. WA state has a battle going on right now over this.

Here is another video from Don Spencer of OK2A in a recent virtual meeting detailing new gun laws that are going to be proposed in the 2021 Oklahoma legislative session.

SB 925 which in Ok is the Private Property Protection Act.
It’s working it’s way through the legislature as we speak which says self protection is allowed outside the walls of the home.
We already have this right so I’m curious what loophole this covers.
I’ll post more as it’s understood.

Wonder if it means anywhere on your property not just inside the home. The old saying of wait until they break the plane of the window or door before shooting.
Can’t fathom it being defense against a simple trespasser.
