I don't take my lap top to the field with me.
I wish they would have used the telecheck system that Missouri adopted. You can do it by phone, or cell phone. They give you a number just like the Ok system does.

I heard word that Oklahoma was gonna due away with the deer check stations soon.
So,is it gonna go into effect this season then?

Guess,I'll go see the link Bird posted up.

This is a good first step, but I'd of like to had the tele option as well. Maybe if we hold our breath and stomp our feet we could get the phone check.

What happens when your at deer camp for a week with no cell phones or computer. Hope they keep some of the old check stations around.

I'd think they'd want to keep some check stations open. They get a lot of herd data that they wouldn't be able to get otherwise.

There are a few states including Texas that don't require you to check in a deer, period. Probably because of the big ranches that have their own biologist on site to take care of the surveys.
