The saltfork river finally went down, so we went snagging. It was awsome, we got a hookup with every cast, and for the second time in a row, I broke a pole on a monster. The one I'm holding is in the 50 lb range. The one in the water with the broken pole was in the 90 lb class.
Every muscle in my body hurts today.....hurts real good ;D ;D

That Arthritis ;D,wait A minute,I got no room to talk ??? Nice Fish Dennis,We Ain't got none of those freeks out here,well we do,but they all live in the Bay area :-*

They are big, and strong. The state record was caught at Kaw lake, about 20 miles from where these pics were taken. it weighed 138lbs I believe. The guy took his pic standing on his boat which was on the trailer in a parking lot. He was holding the snout like I was, and on his, the tail was touching the ground. :eek: :eek: The total length was almost 8' long :eek: :eek:

I still have to find a rod that won't break. I have a buddy driving out to Mrytle Beach SC this week. He is going to check on some ocean type surf rods.
