For those of you that don't know, I have been very active in helping out with the Mid-America Chapter of the Paralyzed Veterans of America...so much so that we gave them exclusive hunting access to our ~400-acre farm here outside of town. Back before the season started, the chapter purchased a couple of feeders to put on the property and they were placed out there in a couple of different areas. I went out there late this afternoon just to get out of the office just to find out that they had been taken. Since I hadn't been out there in about a month and a half, I'm not sure when they were stolen.

Needless to say, I am irate.

Grrrrrrrrr, I hope whoever stole those feeders .........(insert most terrible, painfull, disgusting things immaginable) happen to 'em.

I'd say if you put more out, you might invest in a well hidden trail camera.

As a veteran, I would be interested in donating a feeder to your cause.
thieves have no conscience. They don't care if its an elderly person, or a wounded warrior that defended our country

It will be at no cost to your organization. PM me with the detail, and where I can deliver it to.

I'll build it, and make it where it will be easy to remove from the area after season.

I'm hoping that they get a conscience and bring them back, no questions asked. I've been putting the word out about what happened. There will definitely be some discrete cameras up next year. From now on, anyone out there without permission is going straight to jail, again...NO questions asked.

That SUCKS out loud. Sometimes I wonder if these scum of the earth even have souls. If so they will get theirs for sure either now or the after life.

Bill Kokendoffer, the MAPVA President would like the feeders brought here to Miami because that is where they would wind up anyway. From now on, they will only be out when needed and in storage the rest of the time. Thank you to all that have offered assistance in replacing them.

Anyone wanting to help them out monetarily can send that to:

Mid-America Chapter of the PVA
Attn: Bill Kokendoffer, MAPVA President
6108 N.W. 63rd
Oklahoma City, OK 73132-7526

Whenever you guys, Michael and Dennis, would like to work out how to get the feeders here, just drop me a line at [email protected] or call me at (918) 542-2860. Or PM me with your number and I will call you. Thanks to you all for your comments, support and offers to help get these replaced.

Not a problem. I've got my eye on a nice open top drum in my barn. I'll get back with you in a PM later.
