It's a ways off but figured it would give more time for some of y'all to make it this season.

Location: Carnegie OK southwestern part of the state.

Hunts: Sept,1,09' Sept,5,09' & Sept,6,09'.

Morning & evening hunts.
Hunts begin at legal shooting time till 11:00 a.m.
Evening hunts are normally around 5:00p.m.- closing time.
Bird limit is 15 dove a day.{morning & white wing comb.}
No limit on Collard doves this season.

7 hunters max per hunt.

Cost:"Free hunts to members only of Oklahoma Hunter.net".

Mark me down for Saturday Sept 5. I will do both morning and evening hunt. I am still trying to talk the wife into an entire weekend but since we will have a new baby I don't know that I can get away with an entire weekend.

Shoot yeah..I am going to start getting my kids out a lot next year for some bird hunting..

I have to see what is going on. Dad is in the hospital at the moment with chest pains. He has been in for a few days now and we are waiting to see what the doctors are saying. At the moment it is Hiteckredneck, cheersniper and myself holding down the shop.

I really hope to make on of the hunts but I have to see what is going on.

I hope your dad is doing OK. My buddy had a heart attack about a month ago, and a few days later, he was out and about. Its amazing what they can do now. Back in the day if you had a heart attack, you staying in the hospital for almost a month. Now its just days in most situations. The new clot-buster drugs, and stints get you back pretty quick.
