Due to the weather & other hunters that were not suppose to be in our area.
We, Me & Honcho still limited out by 12:00 noon.
We shot up a mixed bag of ducks to include...Green Wing Teal,Gadwall, Mallard,& Hollywood Mallards a.k.a. Spoonys.

Hunted, Saturday as well.It was to hot to go after deer.
Me & my son in law shot down 6 no photo's though.We got Mallards,Hooded Merganser,Widgeon& Spoonys.

Oh I hope so. Its been crazy around here and I really need the time away. Its just not the same when I hit lake here.

Guage I hope they do!! I when to Lake Lawtonka in the 25th of Nov. and shot very first pintail drake! It is going to the taxidermist!

How long was the sprig baby?

It was a full mature sprig. It had two pintails.

Bull pins always got two sprig. How long were they?

That's like saying a rooster pheasant has two tail feathers & he was a mature rooster.

I only have seen sprig at a distances on the water or in flight just out of range. This is my very first one I have ever shot. The tails about 2 to 3 inches long.
