Well,I wanted to go turkey hunting after work.
(Freaking wind was blowing 25 m.p.h. & gusting 40 m.p.h.

So,I went down to the creek below the house to go fishing.
The fish were biting good,I caught two baby bass right off the back 12" inchers.
Then about a 3 pound sand bass that came off.

A little while later,I landed a 7lb Large Mouth Bass. ;D
Sorry,I didn't have the camera Ya'all & let her go back into the creek.

Then, another sand bass, another large mouth bass & a big fat rainbow trout.
All 3 of them went home with me ;D ;D ;D.

Here are some photos from tonight.

Nice catch of fish Guage! ;D
I love springtime fishing in the creeks, you can catch any specie of fish in the state in there this time of year. ;D
In the last couple of weeks up in beaver creek off of Kaw Lake, we caught crappie, sandie's, hybrids, channel cat, walleye, black bass, and even tail snagged a 3 1/2' long gar that was lots of fun on 6lb line and an ultralight pole. ;D
Unfortunatly, Kaw is 12' high now as they have to hold the water back to let the arkansas river in ark, go down from the flooding. :'( The fishing will probably suck there now. :'(
