Grilled Chicken,marinated in Mc Cormicks Wine, Herb & Garlic season for 3 hr's.
Fresh Green Bean's, Garden Salad-Ranch /Or Blue Cheese Dressing, & a Bake Potato.

We had a lousy dinner tonight. Wild hog backstraps, Chuck eye steaks, hot polish sausage all of the above grilled. With green beans and corn. Chased it down with a nice cold budlight.

Heck in my line of work I've learned 2 things.

1. Eat and sleep when you get a chance to.

2. How to do without either for a while.

Homemade Baked Mac & Cheese/W Ham & Bacon + a Garden Salad /w Ranch Dressing.

Had some backstrap and baked 'tater, blackeyed peas and cresent rolls all washed down with some sweet tea. Desert was raspberry cobbler and icecream the daughter brought.

tonight it will be fresh, never frozen rainbow trout marinated and smoked with apple wood. It will go good with a cheesy scalloped potatoes, and green beans with ham and onion. Lip smakin' good ;D
