I would have thought male and female. Is the Eurasian a specie brought to the US?
I'm thinking along the lines of the Eurasion dove that is an invasive specie.

The Eurasian Wigeon is along the west coast but from Asian. Some make it over to the U.S. but to find one here in Oklahoma is rare. Ducks Unlimited at www.Ducks.org has a section called Waterfowl ID. You do not have be a member to log on. It tells you about the duck and where it is from.
