This is mine. I bought it used for $17.50 when I was 11 years old from money I'd saved all summer from mowing lawns at $1.25 each. 1962 to be exact.
Harrington and Richardson .410 full choke. There has been a mountain of game taken with that gun as it was all I could afford until getting into my late 20's. Right now I keep it loaded up with the 3" full lenght brass Wolf ammo. It has 4, "0" buckshot balls in it. Great armadillo defense, when they attack ::) ;D

Guess mine was an old Stevens sold under the Sears name, .410 single shot bolt gun. My mom still has it.

Mine was a Daisy 99 Champion. I acquired my stalking skills with this gun. You had to be point blank to kill anything with it, but yet many rabbits and birds fell to it. I loaned it to my sister and brother in law to take care of some pesky dogs. Havent seen it since. They swear they returned it, but a fella just doesnt forget if his first gun was returned or not. It just kills me everytime I think about it. I was wanting to pass it down to my boy.
