My quarantine wasn't so fun. For the first part of the quarantine, I lay on the sofa at home and constantly ate. No matter what day or night, I constantly ate. After a month of quarantine, I got on the scales and saw that I had gained 7 kilograms. Believe me, it wasn't fun. Then I decided to lose weight. I've been losing weight since midsummer. I managed to lose 10 kilograms. All this is due to yoga. I started getting interested in all sorts of yoga retreats. I even planned to go to a retreat I found on https://yogapractice.com/yoga/yoga-retreats-in-bali. Without noticing it, I lost weight. I didn't even follow any strict diets. So I don't think I had a joyful quarantine.
